Côte d’Azur company Aqua-Module launches its first round of financing

Already the recipient of numerous innovation awards, the creator of floating structures is opening up its capital to the tune of €150,000 on the Ayomi platform.

Aqua-Module is launching a bottle to the sea. The Cannes-based company specializing in aquatic equipment and accessories (floating pontoons, signaling and mooring buoys, leisure structures…) has announced the opening of a fundraising campaign. Julien Negri, the company’s founder, has chosen to crowdfund on the Ayomi platform. In the form of shares, sold at a unit price of €1, the company is raising €150,000. “1,001€ invested corresponds to 1,001 shares in the company, summarizes Aqua-Module’s president. There are no investment costs, and what’s more, you get a share account on Ayomi to track the value of the shares, free of charge.”

An original investment in an innovative Côte d’Azur company. Aqua Module has won several awards in recent months: first prize in 2018 at the Marina High Tech trade show in Villeneuve-Loubet, victory in the Digital In Pulse Huawei competition, and a patent for a connected light buoy. As for achievements, the company has set up a floating event platform for the Port of Cannes, and will be present at the next Cannes Yacht Show in September. “We are currently finalizing sales of floating pontoons in Senegal, French Polynesia, France, Monaco and Saint-Martin,” adds Julien Negri.
